It's a sad day losing another animal friend. Nina was 15. She lost the battle with a hyperthyroid.

Her sister Mercedes keeps looking for her expecting to be pounced on at any moment. Hopefully she will begin to wonder through the house and get off the bed. She is quite healthy for her age.

Having explored another side of Zagnon, it's a difficult transition back. Only to find yet another area to be developed and deciding what can go. The pieces are taking yet another shape to a fuller life. LIFE PHASE next.

I've not forgotten the Zagnon blog. The clock and energy have a way of erasing free time.
I have finished year-end work and am now catching up with this year. Bring on sprng,
We are looking forward to deciding on a supplier for new SHRC windows. The internet sometimes has a way of complicating a decision with information that has to be researched in order to understand the research you just did.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DAVE.
Monday was the government issue and today is Dave's given birthday. Storms and rain made it a stay-in day. Baking, movies, and a gift of learning new comp techniques.

truggling up hill

So I was busy putting together the reasons why I didn't or couldn't work a hard n my exercises when the therapist called. She has a cold so will not be coming for the session today. So now it's up to me to make up the difference. My energy leave has increased and I don't want to get behind in a forward movement. So I'm off to climb hat hill and tote hat bale.

Round two of the PT and boy do I feel spacey. We are still getting to know each other. It was a strange reaction to PT. I expect to feel achy, not euphoric. Well, I guess we will see what tomorrow brings.
Hopefully I will want be in better shape to go out in a couple days when the weather is predicted to improve for one glorious day. It's a goal to shoot for.
